How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
Success is a sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Success to me is when I achieve every single goal I set out to do within a period of time. After all, I am still passionate about what I am doing and pushing to be the best version of myself.
How do you manage work-life balance?
A role In Commercial means a lot of traveling, events, social networking outside of office hours and often rushing to complete proposals before their deadlines. But when the things I am doing are meaningful to my life and enjoyable, even at work, the blend of professional and personal more than balanced. Of course, I always try to prioritize my tasks, manage my time and schedule accordingly, and take leave for holidays and spend quality time with my family.
When did you join Tricor and why?
I joined in January 2019, when Tricor was hiring the first Business Development person in Mainland China. I was already aware of Tricor’s great brand image in the market, together with an excellent client portfolio and many talented employees. Starting Tricor China’s Commercial activities from scratch produced many challenges, but also many opportunities to demonstrate my knowledge and skills.
