How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
- To measure success, I set goals with achievable steps. A good work-life balance is very important to me. If I am able to work flexibly and excel in my work, while also having enough time to be present with my family and friends, I consider that a success.
How do you keep employees engaged and motivated?
- There are many ways to engage and motivate staff. In our Legal team, we have a relatively small team size and I think one the best methods is to regularly provide them with individualized feedback.
- I do this by scheduling at least 15 minutes a week to meet with each member of my team to discuss their progress and overall experience.
- A healthy work-life balance is about ensuring the right time management/prioritization of one’s professional and personal lives. I strive to finish projects at work while still having time to pursue hobbies at home.
