1. How do you measure success, what does success means to you?
Success is liking what I do, how I do it, and how well I do it, when nobody else is looking.
2. What is the best career advice you’ve received and why?
Don't give up - when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
In life, sometimes we face unforeseen challenges. By being calm, focusing and working on it, we will overcome the challenge, as long as we don't give up.
3. Share a book/person that has most influenced your career or life? And why?
My Dad was the most influential person in my life. He taught me about kindness and he taught me to: "do to others as you would have them do to you".
