1. How do you measure success, what does success means to you?
As a professional firm, it is crucial for us to gain client satisfaction by bringing all our energies to bear on the major issues faced by them. To me, client satisfaction and growth with our clients equals success.
2. How do you keep employees engaged and motivated?
Sharing visions and goals with employees and working together towards the same direction are imperative to the success of Tricor Korea. As such, I do emphasize the importance of the “One Tricor” team spirit for all Tricor Korea staff to move forward in lockstep.
3. When did you join Tricor, and why?I joined Tricor on December 1, 2021 from PWC. After over 30 years in accounting firms, I thought it was time to turn the page and start a new job. I was thrilled to join Tricor, a leading firm in BPO market with a great potential growth, and hope my digitalization experience will be a part of Tricor’s success and growth.
