1. How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
For me, success is a journey and it is measured by every achievement I earn. Every success, regardless of whether it is big or small, is a reason to have a gratified, blessed and satisfied heart.

I treat employees as family. I try to be a good leader by acting as a role model for the people I lead.
