Pamela brings over 25 years of experience in IPO execution and capital market transactions, having assisted many high-profile landmark IPO transactions in Hong Kong SAR.
Why did you join Tricor?
I like working with people who dream big—and that’s Tricor! The team is open, innovative and determined to deliver great results. I’ve been in this industry for 25 years but here I’m still challenged and excited by my work. We’re growing fast and I’m proud to be a part of the journey.
How do you measure success, what does success means to you?
When my clients succeed, I succeed. I’ve supported over 600 IPOs with strategic counsel and technical expertise. Each deal is different but equally gratifying. It’s rewarding to help great companies access the market and create new economic opportunities.
How do you manage work life balance?
Make work enjoyable and you’ll work hard. But it’s also important to develop interests outside the office. I personally enjoy visiting Japanese hot springs and writing about my experiences. It helps me to connect with new people and reconnect with nature.
