How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
For me, success means to keep challenging myself to achieve what I want to achieve. This is because challenges bring me a lot. I can experience diverse things and learn from many people in the process of overcoming challenges.
What is a book or person that has most influenced your career or life, and why?
The person I look up to is my football teacher from my elementary school days. He taught me how to enjoy everything and what it means to have fun. Even after more than 20 years, he has not changed his stance, and he is still the same wonderful person that I have always known.
When did you join Tricor, and why?
I joined Tricor in August 2018. There are two reasons why I joined. Firstly, I had worked in the South China region and have seen that many Japanese companies there were troubled about their administrative tasks and as a result, their business operations were hindered. Through this experience, I wanted to support Japanese companies by utilizing Tricor's solutions. And secondly, it meant I could work with my boss, Scott, whom I respect.
