1. How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
Success is achieving the purpose that is most important to you. Everyone has their own purpose in many aspects, and it doesn’t matter what it is. To me, success is delivering results and getting recognition from the team. It cheers me up for the next challenge ahead.
2. How do you manage work-life balance?
It's more about how well we integrate our professional and personal lives. I can spend long hours at work when necessary, while taking quality personal time over the weekends. It could be time with the family, exercise at the gym, hiking over mountains, or a motorbike road trip to another part of the city. This helps me recharge and get ready for another exciting week at work.
3. When did you join Tricor, and why?
I joined Tricor in May 2021 because of the growth opportunity it presented to me. I believe data analytics will bring value to Tricor's journey of innovation and transformation and I am fortunate to be part of Tricor’s growth story together with our ambitious team.
