Completion of Acquisition
Tricor Group (Tricor) has entered a new phase with the completion of the acquisition of Tricor by Permira, the global private equity firm, on 31 March 2017.
Permira’s acquisition of Tricor was first announced in October 2016. We have since been developing effective strategies to take the business forward into its next phase of development. This is a very exciting time for Tricor and Tricorians, and we see many growth opportunities ahead.
