It starts with creating a positive and nurturing climate in the workspace. Our talent should be encouraged to express their views freely. Consistent communication coupled with positive and constructive feedback is key. Additionally, it is important to map a clear career path for personal and professional development and growth, and steer them towards this through coaching and mentoring, while providing them space to learn and grow with the business..
What is the best career advice you’ve received and why?
Be authentic and be yourself. Always stay positive, keep an open mind and never stop learning. This advice has helped me stay anchored to my core values throughout my career.
When did you join Tricor and why?
Officially on board on October 5, 2020, although my first interview took place in January 2020. With the travel restrictions and tight immigration controls brought on by the pandemic, it’s taken a little longer than usual to finally get here.
I joined Tricor Thailand in October 2020 and was attracted by Tricor Group’s transformation journey and its next phase of growth of its business in Thailand and across ASEAN.
