Introduction

Throughout 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic delivered a year of challenges and reflection across the globe. At Tricor, this time of reflection felt particularly poignant as it coincided with our 20th anniversary. Like many across the world, we examined what was important to us; and at Tricor, sustainability was a common thread of our conversations and considerations. ​

Tricor’s determined energy, with which we support our customers’ growth, will be the catalyst to formalize and reinforce our approach to deliver positive social and environmental impact alongside economic success. We know that embedding sustainability more deeply in our culture and operations is key to creating a better future for people and the planet. It is a significant and exciting opportunity.

This is not to say that addressing sustainability issues is new to Tricor. While we are looking forward, we are conscious that this work will build on the Group’s strengths. Our commitment to strong governance and digital innovation, coupled with unwavering support for our people and communities will continue to guide us. The way we work and innovate in the market helps our customers conduct their businesses more sustainably, too. ​

Our Journey
